I LOVE STAYING AT HOMETOWN COMPARING WITH ALL OTHER HOTELS ON SEPULVEDA HOMETOWN WINS#1 . I BEEN STAYING THERE ON AND OFF BELIEVE ME THE MOMMENT YOU GET THERE YOU FEEL WELCOME IN THE FRONT VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE HE HAS PROPER CUSTOMER SKILLS. I BEEN TO OTHERS AS SOON I GET THERE THE PERSON IN THE FRONT RUDE OR JUST MAKES ME NOT WELCOME. THERE THE ROOMS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY CLEAN .AND SAFE.. HOMETOWN

This hotel truly went above and beyond. I can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium experience. The manager brinal was incredibly professional, friendly and always ready to help with a smile ☺️

We just checked out of Hometown Inn, North Hills. I was initially thinking it may not be a great place but the customer service and the friendliness of the two ladies who are taking care of this property was amazing. I had asked for an extra hour after checkout time and my husband came in later than that. The ladies let me stay in the room for a bit longer and then had me sit in the office. They offered me water and ask if i would like to take some snacks for the drive back home. The two have just taken this property from the earlier management fifteen days ago and are trying their best to do the best they can in renovations and modernizing the gadgets in the rooms. Rooms are pretty decent. They put a different microwave in the room when the original one didn't work. I would say that there was that human touch in this place, which I really appreciated, My best wishes to the two sisters who are running this property.

This by far has the best prices the manager is super friendly and understanding he works with you and the cleaning staff are the best anywere near this area. I give a great applause I'm staying hear now wouldn't change it for anything or any other place . Five star rating for me and my family to hometown inn.

Great place to stay overall. Excellent location, plenty of parking, safe and secure, and very kind staff working here. Patel is the best - he let us park even with our work trailer, which is always a trouble to find a spot for. Whenever we're back in town, we're staying here. For a stay during work travel - totally recommended!

Room floor was very dirty, like they (don't mopp it) my socks kept getting so dirty in no time, I had to use my shoes or sandals throughout my stay. Light inside the bathroom wouldn’t turn off so it was all at all time. Bathroom exhaust fan …
